This is our general Landscape / yard care agreement. We will determine the specific care package based on our visit together and your goals.
We believe in simple. Below is a sample of our Lawn Care contract. Our Construction contract can be viewed upon request.
This Agreement is made between J.A.Y.H. Landscape & Construction (“Contractor”) and Client for professional lawn care and landscape maintenance services at the property listed below.
For properties that need continued care and minimal changes. Contractor agrees to provide routine landscape maintenance to keep the Client’s yard in good condition. Services include:
 ✅ Bi-Monthly lawn cutting
 ✅ Edging/Weedeating of all Sidewalks and Flowerbeds
 ✅ Blowing clipping from Sidewalks & Patios
For properties that want to stand out and above a little compared to the neighbors!  Contractor agrees to provide extended landscape maintenance to keep the Client’s yard in good condition. Services include GOOD PACKAGE and:
 ✅ WEEKLY Lawn mowing, edging, and trimming 
 ✅ Bi-Annual Flower Bed trimming Shrub and tree trimming (up to 8 ft.)
 ✅ Bi-Annual mulch application in flower beds and tree wells (if equipped)
For properties that want to stand out and win the coveted "Yard of the Month" award and be the envy of the neighborhood. Contractor agrees to provide in-depth landscape maintenance to keep the Client’s yard in excellent condition. Services include BETTER PACKAGE and:
 ✅ Seasonal lawn aeration
 ✅ Weed Control (common weeds)
 ✅ Lawn fertilizer 3 times per year
 ✅ Fire-ant control
 ✅ Irrigation system checks (visual inspection only)
✅Optional clipping baged in recycleable yeard waste paper bags
This Agreement is for a 12-month period, starting on [Start Date].
Client agrees to pay annually or bi-annually (every 6 months).
First payment is required before services begin.
Late payments (10+ days past due) may result in service suspension.
Services will be performed on a regular schedule (weather permitting).
If bad weather (rain, storms, extreme heat) prevents service, it will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
Some services (such as mowing wet grass) may be delayed to avoid damage.
To ensure smooth service, Client agrees to:
 ✅ Keep gates unlocked on scheduled service days.
 ✅ Keep yard free of toys, pet waste, hoses, and other obstructions.
 ✅ Secure pets indoors during service.
 ✅ Report known sprinkler issues or hazards before service.
 ✅ Provide clear access to areas that require maintenance.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in skipped service for that visit, with no refund or reschedule.
J.A.Y.H. is not responsible for:
Pre-existing yard conditions (e.g., patchy grass, disease, pest infestations).
Hidden obstructions (e.g., tree roots, buried pipes, debris).
Damage to non-visible sprinkler heads or underground wiring.
Repairs to sprinkler systems unless separately contracted.
Minor yard debris in the pool (if yard is equipped).
Grass discoloration due to extreme heat, water restrictions, or client neglect.
Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Prepaid services will be prorated and refunded based on work completed.
J.A.Y.H. carries liability insurance for damage caused by our crew. Delivered onpon request.
We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing property conditions, improper sprinkler installation, or issues beyond our control.
